And, world doesn't know about shirahoshi being posiedon or Vivi having connection with lily yet Imu marked them. So your logic that IMu didn't mark Dragon because world doesn't know his name is flawed.

And, we will find out what connections BB has but as of now evidence does suggest that he has connections with both xebec (Multiple hints like his ship being named so) and joyboy because him being just not D but polar opposite of Luffy (Joyboy)

And Blackbeard will likely have connections to Xebec, but he doesn’t seem like he’ll have any more connection to the void century than Shanks does.
