Character Discussion Has Sanji Been Redeemed?

As a character? No. Sanji is still a simp.
As a fighter? Yes. Sanji defeats Queen a YC2, and established himself as one of the strongest fighters of the Strawhats. And got over 1 bil.
In Egghead right now, Sanji is the only Strawhat that puts in the most work. It's ironic that ever since Oda got a new editor, Sanji suddenly doesn't have bad showings anymore.....

tl;dr: had he did the one hand dance, he'd be finer in FI
for fights: that clash with Vergo was so cringe to say his leg would be broken

Sanji as a character, nope he is still crap.
As a fighter though, he is OK. Oda should explore more with Sanji as a fighter. The addition of CoA and his exoskeleton, he can protect his hands. So when push to shove, Sanji doesn't necessarily need to throw a punch but if he can lit his hands on fire to grab onto his opponents to burn them.
