For that what exactly? We can clearly and easily see Oden's character development. He was ass when his flashback started. I was even asking myself "Is this the guy we are fighting for?" but then he showed how he changed. Not only him but the Scabbards as well. And only then people of Wano recognized them as noble samurais.
