Luffy stopping Doflamingo from stepping Law I guess? That's not badass.
Kaido letting Luffy free hit him is not badass.
Luffy declaration of War to World Governament without understanding what really means(and most importantly without having any real consequences) is not badass. Luffy riding Momo it can be gay but not badass.
Luffy does have some badass moments. Luffy one-shotting Bellamy. Luffy one-shotting Tenryuubito. Most if not all of his CoC moments. But overall his character is not badass. He doesn't have Zoro aura that everybody fears him when he is just being himself.

Nope. Luffy is a funny guy with badass moments. It's way different. He isn't natural badass he needs a whole preparation and scene to have those badass moments when Zoro can easily pull out badass moments himself even without trying like when the crew wanted Usopp back Post-Enies Lobby and he warned how wrong it was and threatned to leave the crew which had Luffy and Sanji shitting their pants and agreeing with him.
Usopp f'n sucks. I don't understand why Oda would even create him as a character. He's made no progress at all in becoming a brave warrior of the sea and he's still weaker than fodder. We're almost in the endgame.
He's a pointless character. Just like many of Oda's pointless side characters. He doesn't need any more screen time other than a few panels for the rest of the manga, its too late to try and make him important in the grand scheme of things.
