Pakistan and India has long history of hostility towards India.
Most of the hate crimes in Pakistan are due to lack of education and it happens mostly in rural areas (yes we have extreme poverty here due to corrupt govt.). These issues can be solved and SHOULD be solved. I dont support any of this and all educated Pakistanis are against this. But still, the fact remains; The partition played a major role in this hate.

Then to Me you will ˹all˺ return, and then I will inform you of what you used to do” (Qur’an 35:15).
In this case Quran takes precedence over the Hadith you quoted.
Hadiths are passed over verbally and recorded, we dont know of that particular situation where Abdullah Bin Umar (A.S) said this.
Regardless, you can refer to Quranic Ayats for clarification.
