It made no sense for Admirals not to have good or great haki .
Everyone else stack Haki on to everything else why won't admirals be the same as all the other groups and people in the manga .
If you thought other wise you were stupid .

Also if you think about the way this chapter itself is structured:

Flashback at the very beginning indicating Kuzan is a haki master
-> End of the chapter has a massive haki attack from Kuzan that puts Garp on his back.

This chapter is basically an admiral haki reveal.

There's plenty of fodders for him to neg, still pretending that this mf was going to do shit against the alliance when he needs 99% of the Navy's forces just for the weakest Younkou crew...
Kizaru's lucky to have another top tier with him because no single character is beating Luffy and Zoro together after Wano and the rest of the Strawhats aren't losing to Vice Admirals. :risitameh:
