The death is too much of a mystery to powerscale, but the point still stands. Minato's slight advantage in Hiraishin won't give him the safe W that Tac thinks he gets. Funny enough Minato doesn't seem to be as dependent on his jutsu as Minato is.
You're right If the battle is only a Hiraishin no jutsu battle, but luckily it's a fight.
Tobirama summons two random jonin with edo tensei and utilities his kamikaze style paper bomb jutsu which shreds Minato to pieces KCM or not.
Minato uses the contract seal to release the Edo Tensei. Also, Tobirama's Edo Tensei are factually weaker than Orochimaru's in Part 1. Physically, they are no threat to Minato, they don't get close to a faster teleporter at any point to matter.
The fact Tobirama is less reliant on FTG is a big weakness considering he's fighting the fastest shinobi in existence.
The funniest part is, as VIZ later rectifies, Tobirama didn't 1 v 20 the whole Kinkaku unit. He was bait so the rest could ambush the 20 Kumo shinobi. Imagine being so weak that you can't even survive a little bit, as the creator of shadow clones & teleportation, before your students come to clear house.
Tobirama is a fat turd of a kage who is undeserving of his hype.
If we give them access to their full range of jutsu then Tobirama should be allowed to use Edo tensei. Any mediocre Jonin level Shinobi will be enough for Tobirama to use his paper bomb jutsu which he was fast enough to use on fucking Juubito and that Tobirama was only revived close to his full strength.
I'm telling ya, Minato might win a race but in actual combat the speed difference is almost nonexistent, surely not enough to decide the battle
