Coby never battled Boa or Shiryu so don't try make it out like Coby battled stronger people than Smoker in fights using that logic I could say Pre TS Smoker battled Boa at Marineford.

Let's be real there's nothing stopping Oda from giving Smoker a power creep. He did it with Luffy against Kaido. Sanji with Queen. If the story calls for it Oda will make any character as strong as he needs them to be.
You can't deny it doesn't make sense for Smoker to come to Beehive considering the connections with Kuzan and Tashigi being captured right.

Smoker has nameless bums around him when fighting Doflamingo in the G5 Coby has notable Sword members.
Do you know how dishonest you have to be to use this level of reasoning? It's actually insane. No evidence that Coby battled two BB commanders yet you use it as fact. He didn't fight Boa at all at best dodged a stray attack which Boa fired and then was saved from her by BB.

1. 0 evidence that that version of law was stronger than shiryu especially when that version of law was still much weaker than doffy. Current law is leagues above. So that's cap.
