Considering Cross Guild is poor as fuck, 3 billion is literally an absurdly high bounty for the Admirals. Literally this crew just obtained one fucking ship lol, compared to the Marines who have thousands of warships and exponentially more resources than Cross Guild does.

The worst thing you can say about a 3 billion bounty is that the Admirals have bounties on par with three guys that took down Big Mom and Kaido. The best (and most accurate) thing you can say about these bounties is that 3 billion is an absurdly high for a poor organization that doesn’t even have two ships to its name lol.

We know now that two of those bounties are completely undeserved, for one, as Midd was neg diffed by Shanks and Law was mid diffed by BB.
Also, Cross Guild bounties probably aren't like World Government bounties.

WB’s a tank like Kaido/BM, Garp is more of a hybrid tanky-agile brawler but he‘s less of a tank than WB. In his prime, he can definitely take more punishment though.

People forget that it's not about measuring rewards from the WG or CG. It's not WG or CG that measures the rewards, it's Oda, and this is a way for him to insinuate the strength of characters

Garp has been Overpowering Aokiji with CoC, last we saw him.
Meanwhile Whitebeard couldn't even use basic CoC to save Ace.

WB had no CoO to even react to Squardo.
Meanwhile Garp blitzed Kuzan and probably sensed Invisible Shiryu and willingly took the stab to save Koby.

WB was having Heart Attacks mid fight, he basically survived that Long because he had resigned himself to die here.
Garp has performed much better than WB already, just by the fact that he isn't just a Gura Gura spambot and can fight with speed, power & CoC.

In the end what has Garp accomplished?
Throwing Kuzan in a hole ?
One shotting Vasco ?

Old Garp is the superior fighter and yet has still vastly disappointed given the expectation that he is an old Roger basically.
