Basically a melding of the DF ability & CoA like Katakuri or Gear 4 did.

That's what it sounds like.

Kuzan using monstrous punching power + top tier CoA
Garp has his punching power + top tier CoA

The difference might be Garp also has CoC, but then Kuzan might be compensating with his DF.

It's either this or Kuzan is also using CoC but also his DF to fill in the gap between their punches, either way the output sounds crazy.

The man is 80 and not at full power .
