it hypes Marco even more. guys like Kata and King only needed to focus on their strength. marco had to be one of the best doctor in the sea as piracy is full of life threatening injuries. so his majority of time went into practicing medical studies. after any brutal fights kata and king can rest and doctors and maids will tend to them.
and marco needs to be still in the frontrow and provide medical support to the injured despite he being also exhausted and injured.
