Kuzan should currently have a bigger bounty than Shiryu. Even if they get the same increase, Kuzan will be higher lol.

We don't know if he has a bounty. And it's more likely for everyone there to get the same increase than only Kuzan and Shiryu or just Kuzan.
Shiryū is good with less than 2b, Zoro can get his final bounty after beating Mihawk.
Kuzan has no business having more than Garp or Kizaru and above current Younkou so 3b is fine.

Why bring her if she's not doing anything? She even stayed on the ship while Helmeppo is fighting. That arm has her name written all over it. Tashigi does something in Fullalead and Smoker will do something in Egghead.
