I do have to give one thing here since women aren't familiar with most of the work its natrual that they'd struggle with it but

So if part of scenario is that when men for 5 years disappear assuming all women get their shit together and know the Do's and Dont's of the society's systems...then....

they'll have to devise another system to be conducive with their stress tolerance under danger and turmoil and their physical restraints.. which is different for men in the jobs they do.

To assume OMG WOMEN WILL MAGICALLY JUST ADAPT... is asinine! all the biological and psychological differences required for tasks men excel at generally aren't just gonna dissappear and are gonna be a major hindrance to women.

So especially what adaption leads to is women pickingup masculine traits that they don't necessarily possess which is similar to what would happento men if women disappeared but for women its a drastic adaptation and god know if its even gonna evolve to the same degree.
