With the pirates side and now marine side both having bounties now what if the egg head fights are just matching people of a similar bounty.

1. Luffy and kizaru both being worth exactly 3 billion (3 crowns)
2. Zoro, Jinbe, Sanji, and robin being around 1 billion (1 crown)
3. Usopp at 500 million (5 stars)
4. Franky, brook, and nami between 300 and 400 million (3/4 stars)

If Saturn wasn't around, Luffy vs Kizaru would be obvious, but someone has to face Saturn too.

Anyway, Luffy fighting someone who's worth the same as him isn't exactly common in this series.
