That's just my opinion but I believe Akainu making the Navy stronger than ever can be used as direct comparison between him and Sengoku. Usually antagonists always reach a new peak when it's the Protagonists era.

The damage to the surroundings never mattered because Aokiji and Akainu would always fight with others in a place full of people....
So this excuse will always exist that they are not fighting with 100% strength

That giant explosion was the exact same as Galaxy Impact, even if you want to say Kuzan wasn’t using ACOC it’s obvious Garp was.

Also not sure why that’s surprising considering we saw Aramaki literally take no damage from Yamato’s ACOC

Only person showed to be able to make shockwaves with punch was Sengoku, that Vivre Card says to have CoC, that has a DF that make those shockwaves(not 100% sure if it was confirmed to be a power of his DF but for sure Oda didn't thought on CoC coating back then).
