Prime Garp was definitely as strong as Roger portrayal wise, arguably even stronger the way he was portrayed the main man in defeating the Rocks pirates.

Just cause its implied Kuzan is stronger than Prime Garp now, dont row back on Garps strength. Old era is massively overrated - Golden Age of Piracy era is the real deal, strongest generation period.
