True but Garp would hold up better against any Top Tier 1v1. When he battled Kuzan off-screen neither inflicted serious damage. Same happened with WB vs Akainu up until the heart attack.

Shiryu I can give that to you, but Kuzan clapped Sanjuan, Vasco, Doc Q, Pizarro in a split second. To use these guys + actual fodder as damage control makes Garp look all the more pathetic. I hope he at least takes down a couple Titanic captains. We know already Koby will at least neg Pizarro.

I think the differences here are, Garp still has better combat ability like his strength,speed, Ap are still good.
