king katakuri cracker imo were nice for the spot in the story they were introduced in
at this stage though, to get the same kind of thrill would require an equivalent or similar jump in opponent powerlevels.

Galaxy impact also has the sfx. I still think that Coby has conqueror's haki but it's really small, he awakens it right before the punch. 
Maybe Koby will get it when he's older, who knows. But so might happen to any strong character at this point lol.
Lol, Coby uses adCoC without any indication .....Coby is a prodigy/hardworking and Luffy is shit...same with Zoro...

damn Garp's speed was off the charts there.
you do realize they emphasized heavily Koby was out training everyone to make up for what he was lacking and even went through Garps Battleship bag training the same way Aokiji did thus enhancing his physical punches which is how he was unable to unlock such a feat - hes been trained by Garp directly and was even called his new fav by Aokiji so haki is something they went over aswell the same way Rayleigh explained Haki to Luffy is more than likely what Garp did for him. Luffy didnt even know what rayleigh was saying until he began experiencing it firsthand.
throw in koby has been linked to be a friendly rival to luffy from the start of the series ofc hes going to unlock such powers.
