Cracker's performance against Luffy was good, his performance against Kuzan was abysmal compared to Marco and Jozu.

King had some great feats against Zoro, but also looked abysmal against Aramaki

We didn't even see his fight what is you talking about 😭 He ended up exactly like Jozu. And Aramaki is a grey area for me personally. I understand where you're coming from but his ability seems way too tricky to powerscale him properly

Oda's not doing a good job at building up the Blackbeard Pirates as antagonists.

Then again, he also failed with the Beasts Pirates and Big Mom Pirates.

The same thing will inevitably happen with Imu, Gorosei, Holy Knights, Admirals, etc who ever ends up as an antagonistic group to the Straw Hats.

Every villain group is guaranteed to end up looking like shit

Aside from Smoothie, the Big Mom pirates were great in WCI. They did their job.
Beast Pirates were okayish.
Blackbeard's pirates not so much so far.

I think if he had it, Oda would've given him those sfx like he gave to them Garp, Yamato and the other characters that used it for the first time without verbal confirmation in the manga it's conqueror's (like with Zoro when Kaido confirmed it). There is just no reason not to.
Maybe Koby will get it when he's older, who knows. But so might happen to any strong character at this point lol.

It doesn't help that no one says shit about the attacks, we see fodders and marines react but no one faints, no one says anything useful.

Yeah after checking the raws again i got that. AdCoC leaves haki trails as an after effect. Coby's attack doesn't seem to have that
