It wasn’t in front of Coby. Coby had to leave Garp behind because of Pizarro tho.

And Kuzans first introduction post timeskip was with Smoker. Those two are tied together.

i said it many time but Admirals fandom were coping , Aokiji never got a single advantage against Old Garp but got wasted in a single clash and went to body pizarro and then he fell down .



1/ Aokiji used his attack which didn't work and gor blitzed and sent down hell .



2/ a clash off screen when Aokiji never got to be seen and fodders considered Garp to be someone who is hard to beat and who stood up each time to not to mention he was soloing Other Teach commanders meanwhile Aokiji was sent down again .



3/ Aokiji stalemated a CoA weakened Old Garp only after Shiryu stabbed him , funnily enough it was mentioned Garp got Weakened two Times and only then Fodders got their confidence back but beforehand even with Aokiji around they didn't dare .



4/ Aokiji got blitzed and punched like a fodder lmao with a nameless No CoA Punch, and this is a weakened and stabbed Garp who went of his way to body bag Pizarro and leave the left work for Koby .



5/ in the Last Panel Garp is down with An Ice saber piercing him with All Teach commanders surrounding him with Aokiji .



Portrayal is clear @LANJI CUCKSMOKE is right about Old Legends and Admirals.

One shot means you defeat the opponent in one blow.

Curiel was out after one magma punch from Akainu, Akainu blew a hole through Jinbe with one magma punch, and Ivankov may have not been one shot but he was absolutely low diffed.

Kuzan also one shot Pizarro and Vasco, likely one shot Wolf, Q, and Augur as well or at the very least negged them.

Garp failed to neg, low, mid, high, or even extreme diff a single opponent on Beehive despite facing multiple commanders who any Admiral would neg and Kuzan factually did neg. Lol

old age is a significant factor
He’s still an absolute beast but his time was over
