Kaido & Meme aren't better than Luffy hakiwise, it's the mastery of their dfs that puts them above Luffy. Meme's awakening, Kaido's hybrid, stuff like that.

Luffy got better since Kuri fight.

Yeah, I said there is more to it in my initial post, so I'm not entirely sure what we're talking about? Luffy scratched the surface but he is far from one of the biggest masters yet, otherwise his journey would have been over by now.

Meme & Kaido aren't biggest haki masters, yet they could split clouds.

Luffy's CoO is better than Meme's at least. Now that he learned special CoA why is his armament shittier than theirs?

CoC was completely visible from Kaido and Linlin when the sky split

It is heavily implied (and Oda may have even confirmed, idk) that Shanks and WB used CoC

FURTHERMORE

When Luffy and Doffy clashed, it created a barrier and energy clash - their CoC is less developed, so obviously didnt split the sky - but CoC at a high level splits the sky when it clashes. It's a demarcation of power

Edit. As proof; CoC is illustrated through black lightning

Given Shanks and WB clashed before Haki was visibly illustrated to the reader, the absence of lightning makes sense but the general gist of the clash is the same

Im not saying there was no CoC, im saying that its CoC and insane physical strength.
