Damn this chapter has brought so much chaos in the powerscaling world...I can't even imagine what egghead has in stores for us.
if he fights with luffy vs gorosei its hype... if he fights with sanji vs kizaru or by himself it will be hype

Both Garp and Koby used adCoC in my opinion, Oda just isn't having characters call out the ability cause he's representing it with the black lightning and he underestimates the need for distinction between the haki types. It's inconsistent but if Garp's initial Galaxy Impact was Conqueror's and he continued using it in his assault against the island, I don't see why Koby's version of Galaxy Impact that mirrored Garp's current attack against the island wouldn't also be Conqueror's.
It's like Kaku busting out an awakening that looked like Lucci's without stating it's also awakening. Oda probably thinks he's made it clear whilst also being inconsistent about it. Maybe an SBS will tackle it and list out who's used it and who hasn't like that number 2 coloured spread one where he talked about Bepo and other number 2's roles on the crew.
Maybe it wasn't Conqueror's and was just proficient armament haki. I don't know for sure but it seemed like Conqueror's to me. Though I suppose if Aokiji's last chapter wasn't (again, I don't know but maybe not) then this could just as easily be them replicating/doing their own version of a Garp attack minus the Conqueror's.
Galaxy Impact must've been Conqueror's though. A barrier that huge with black lightning that dense and wide-spread after his hand was leaking lightning, if that wasn't Conqueror's then there's no on-panel difference between it and armament at all.
The more I think about it, the more I consider that only Garp used it to be honest but I'll lean towards Koby using it, he's come a long way.
