If the men who run these vital operations all magical vanish then how are alot of these women even going to know where the places that produce and ship the food even are
plus even if one woman finds say a greenhouse how will contact anyone to tell them that they found afterall no cell phones cause men manage that and without men to manage the phone lines, you likely not going to have any service

You really don't need high education for that. Don't those farmers, butchers and truck drivers have wives and daughters? Have they never seen them in action? Have they never helped them in their work? How hard is it to step into these roles when you've grown as a farmer's daughter? a butcher's daughter? You don't even have to be a truck driver's daughter. A truck may be larger, but it's just a vehicle for God's sake.

This would mean reducing the scale of the cities.
