-Didnt need dirty tricks and sneak attacks
-Tanked aCoC named punch from Garp followed by monstrous CoA punch from Koby.
-Forced Garp+Grus+Koby to team up

ShiLyu

-Had to cook an entire plan to get to Garp which involved not attacking him directly cause he was afraid
-Was looking half-dead and struggled to stand up after a hakiless slam from Garp
-Proceeded to hide for 90% of the battle and only came back to pose after Kuzan did 90% of the job

Is it time ? Is Sanji's opponent FINALLY going to look better than Zoro's for the first time in 26 years or was Hachinosu a mere fluke?

Shiryu ended Garp's career with a single no named strike

Garp looked like he was dying after Shiryu's attack, he was shaking and wobbling. Fodders said, "Garp is weakened now", i.e. Garp was fighting evenly, this one strike was the game changer. There was another dialogue hyping Garp's defense as "Iron Garp" that was penetrated by Shiryu's CoA =>

Garp was weakened to the point even the fodders believed they could beat him. Thats why they say, "...even we might be able to take him out........"

After Kuzan's ice glove punch, Garp went to the ground and was still holding Shiryu's stab wound =>

This chapter goes even further to highlight the damage from Shiryu's strike =>
- Garp is still holding Shiryu's stab wound
- blood is dripping from the wound
- Kuzan also highlights that damage, "where do you think you are going with a wound like that? =>

Shiryu is still standing strong, with a cigar in his mouth, like a champion =>

Did you read the chapter? Garp literally still holding Shiryu wound and wobbling

Garp not using a named attack on shiryu is actaully the dumbest thing oda did. I doubt shiryu would have been ko'd by a named adv coc attack after one hit but to make him sweat and bleed like crazy and have a shaky voice after a no name slam is stupid.

Even pre TS luffy got hit with Coa punch by garp and looked better

Bro was a Inferior version of Pica... Even with his nya nya voice... Even in voice department pikachu did better..

Shiryu turned to be what I thought of him..I never put them like YC1..... And he doesn't even feel like YC1 Or any other of BBPs...
