Only applies to some of the bigger world news topics and maybe some of the more socially controversial topics, like that Audrey Hale manifesto (which was rumoured to have gotten circulated around) that got covered up by the FBI...
Otherwise the source of the news where it comes from doesnt matter much.

If one version of the news article reads somewhat differently from another news article, it's worth looking into the incident further and see what more you can find about it.
However, just because an article from a major news site says something, doesn't necessarily mean that they didn't omit certain things out from the actual incident (or not necessarily "omit", but maybe certain tidbits of info that only witnesses directly involved in the incident know about).
If one version of the news article reads somewhat differently from another news article, it's worth looking into the incident further and see what more you can find about it.

Just watched the body cam videos....seeing these heavily armed cops walk inside a school with all the cute school posters etc hanging on the walls is so disturbing.
