That's the common conception. The real one is that atheism is the absence of belief in one particular deity.

Like I said, if you are theist about a particular deity/set of deity, you are automatically atheist of other deity/set of deity.

After all, there is thousands of god in beliefs all over the world, believing in one means that you don't believe in others.

Atheist is the state of the absence of belief toward a specific deity/set of deity.

Atheist pretty much means belief in no god though
as opposed to theism which means you think there is any set of god

The problems is that it is a monocentric definition. The correct one is that atheism is the absence of belief in a specific deity.

You can be atheist of all god, its possible (I'm), but you need to mention "all god". Because there not only one god, there are thousands.

For example:

Being atheist of Allah doesn't necessarilly mean that you are not a believer of another religion as you could be theist of greek mythology for example

Well islam believes Jesus was one of the prophets of god so they dont think cristanity as atheism .

Yes there is the worship of science and that god doesn't exist. It is religion.
