Hell no

If they have means to travel the galaxy then we aren't the only species they will find. And considering their technological advancement is FAR FAR FAR ahead of ours they prolly see us as ants rather than someone needing to be saved

They have no use for us, like at all, we are FORTUNATE advanced alien life form didn't find us
As far as we can see there is no sign of intelligent life across MULTIPLE galaxies. Ants are literally everywhere.

This doomerish mentality is based off the idea that aliens would have a colonizer like mentality, a mentality we had 500 years ago. A civilization so much more advanced than us would be way past this, and would likely behave as we would towards dumber life forms. If we happen to run into life in lets say Europa, there's no way we would approve an extermination of it no matter how insignificant it is

Exactly, so do you as a human now care for an ant when you see it? Ofc not, and you see thousands of them. Aliens that advanced would see us as nothing more than ants

We stopped colonization because WE HAVE NOTHING MORE TO COLONIZE ON EARTH

But lord and behold, with space travel becoming more and more advanced what is humanity talking about again? COLONIZING SPACE

You're severely underestimating the scale of the universe. We wouldn't be ants, we would be 1 life form in a cluster of what? 10 galaxies? that is insanely rare in the grand scale of the universe.

Um no, we have plenty of land and animals here we could exploit and we choose not to nowadays because we know better. Again, we wouldn't approve a genocide of dumber life in Europa, what makes you think a civilization millennia ahead of us in technology would?

You're watching too many movies

edit: just to put things into perspective, the observable universe is 46.5 billion light years across and we have yet to seen any evidence of intelligent life. IF there are any, it is incredibly rare

Imagine in all these years, centuries of humanity,we are the generation who meets the aliens. So cool! I would consider myself lucky to be in this generation. Even if they are evil, its cool anyway lol

Another thing is that we as humanity can be sure that we will never invent a time machine, ever. Because,if such machine will be created, someone would have go back in our time or a previous time, right? So if nobody ever came back, this means that we as humanity will never create a time machine, not even in the year 3000 or something. Unless in the future there are some laws that forbid people to reveal things. But even if there was such law,is it possible that nobody ever broke them? So i think sadly we can be sure that we as humanity will never invent a time machine to go back in time. Sorry, this comment was more sci-fi than political lol but i posted it because of the alien stuff so it was connected in some way, sorry for the off-topic lol.

We don't know about life on other Galaxies.

The signals we have sent haven't cross Milky way yet nor we have tech to zoom in to detect life signs on other galaxies.

We do receive some weird radio signals from other galaxies but often they turn out to be Quasars or Pulsars...

Scale of observable universe is 92 Billion light years - diameter.

46 B is just the radius

Thing with time machine is you can't travel backwards.

Time always move forward - that's why people still wonder about what is time?
