I was expecting them to belong to Oars race, but Hatcha looks way too human apart from the size and the horns. They still could be hybrids, though, but right now I'm moving towards the possibility of them being artificial giants (like maybe Oars's race was once, but better because the science was more advanced back then). And if they are, my bet is on all of them meeting when they were kids and running away thanks to Kaido, who became their leader.
