I have a feeling that Laffite and Devon(if she is also there) are gonna capture Garcia.

Near the end of the Arc when all the fights are almost finished laffite will try to use hypnotism on an exhausted Saturn and devon will try to transform into Luffy to capture him.

The marines ann everyone else will see them which will result in Luffy getting the blame.
This along with all the info about AK from punk records getting revealed to the world can probably result in the Major Egghead incident.

I just can't make out a reason right now as to why BBP would capture saturn
