This is Piccolo with a PL of 400+ IIRC

Raditz' PL is 1500

On Topic:
Luffy's toon force is barely reality warping, it doesn't guarantee him the W over people like Kaido. Raditz would atomize Luffy after a low diff skirmish.

Roshi who's ki is 300 destroyed the moon. Piccolo at that time was probably 6 times stronger than that.

Against nappa I want to say he was like 3000-4000. Nappa was getting shit on by goku when he went to 9000. So I'm guessing he was around 6000-8000 and was trashing piccolo and krillin together. But yeah piccolo could destroy what ever continent Luffy is standing on with his fingers. It's just funny because super characters are getting punched into buildings and knocked out.

There's no way the One Piece universe can compete with the Dragon Ball or Dragon Ball Z, DBS universe. Gotenks opened a dimension with a shout. Lol. They go around the Earth in a matter of seconds.
