There is no explanation for Luffy being ressurected, its an intended deus ex machina. This doesn't mean that its bad. The principle of ressurecting Luffy is the thematic of the fruit itself and the characterization of Luffy. Oda already setup that Luffy can work unconsciously

The ressurection is just Oda doing it a step further. It won't happen again.

One Piece is THAT deep.

Yes Oda is having fun, but he is doing it in a way that surpass all type of fiction in the world. Its not perfect, but its up there. I'm just sad that you guy are missing one of the best part of his storytelling because of your expectations.

2. It showcases a big problem in our society. Most people don’t act because the system is rotten, they act because they personally can’t benefit from the system. Squidward changed his opinion within seconds because HIS problem was solved. And it showcases that managers/chefs are nothing without their workers and that they deserve more appreciation
