Excelent choice.
So besides Bondrewd other villains that come to mind are Takasugi from Gintama and Meruem from HxH.
If we're counting other forms of media like books then the Grey King from the lies of Locke Lamora, Denth from Warbreaker and Taravangian from Stormlight should be in the conversation.
And if we're talking about comic book media then Adrian Chase from the Arrow tv show and Maxwell Lord are my favorite villains from DC
