At the turn of the century, America got a ton of immigrants from Eastern Europe(many of whom were Jews).

America was Anglo supremacist and subsequently after this massive immigration wave, passed discriminatory immigration laws that banned Asian immigration and placed quotas on immigration from Eastern Europe. Made it to where Anglos got preferential treatment in immigration.

The equivalent would be Ukraine constantly bombing Russia which never happens, hell Ukraine didn’t even try to remove the ethnic Russians from the region. That’s how passive Ukraine has been
