Claiming is very much a part of Mafia, this is a ridiculous take. It's a source of information. People misinterpreting the information doesn't invalidate this, nor does it somehow prove that it's "counter intuitive" (which is nonsense in its own right). I think the fact your response to your wagon has been to basically give up says enough.

I feel like this is just flattering me lol. I haven't really played any different than my past games imo. But you hardly town read me in those unless i had some mech clearing me.

Games in which I've been scum for the most part, aside from Bleach, where you were inactive. I'm not really sure how you take it as flattery - I think your scum range is *probably* minimal (based off of how you play town) so you don't have to do much to be out of it.

Debatable. Claiming can ruin consistent play, because usually once someone claims they start making more mistakes. Information is better built structurally day by day by analyzing the interactions between players and what their motives are.

Muugen I cannot imagine being scum, his play seems town but also his claim is perhaps the strongest in this game - it would be weird if most popular character from the arc is fake claim.
