This is not true.
Storyboarding and directing are where both these G5 episodes keep falling flat on their asses
like in this episode you can barely tell how near or far away anything is from the other… That’s like one of the primary things in good Storyboarding, especially when it comes to fights… Is Kaido or Luffy near each other? How far away are they? When they are running towards each other, how much distance has been covered?
these are genuinely very poorly directed
btw you can go back to the Zoro vs King episode and you can find my comments there saying it was a meh episode in terms of being bunch of nonsense filler and over animated colors and light show…
I probably dislikes that Zoro episode more than this episode actually
but at the very least it was better Storyboarding and directing than BOTH these Two G5 episodes so far
