The Diva named Mbappe stopped defending by the age of 20 as if he is prime Messi and Ronaldo,creating a huge gaping hole in defence.

Then there are the frenchies. The league with the most butchers and refs not doing a lot to protect the players. Completely destroyed his ankles.

Even with all these injuries ,the moment he returned to the pitch, he was at 90-100% of his game,not needing to time to find his form like other players after injuries.

Iirc Pep joined City in 2016, like around a year before Neymar left (at the start of the 2017-18 season i think, same time they bought Mbappe as well).
But i agree that PSG was a better option than City at that point.
Pep didn't do extremely well in his first season in the PL either - Leicester City had that underdog run that year iirc.

Tbf, Neymar also had his own problems - like how he used to miss matches right around his Sister's birthday every year.
But i agree, he would never be treated as the main guy as long as Messi stayed in Barca and frankly by 2016 - it was a case of "too many cooks spoiled the broth" at Barca.

Though PSG is like a Golden Jail, it's impossible to get out of it unless you force a move out like Mbappe is trying to do now.
Stars like Verratti, Neymar and young talents like Julian Draxler, Fabian Ruiz just got ruined there.
It's just a bad career decision to go there atp, the direction it takes as a sporting club isn't the best imho.

It really is overplayed tbh.

  • 2013/14 - Neymar was an unused substitute for Barcelona on March 16 during his year at Barcelona.
  • 2014/15 - Picked up a yellow card which led to a suspension on March 8.
  • 2015/16 - Ruled out with a suspension returning on March 12.
  • 2016/17 - Unavailable for a match on March 12 due to a muscular injury.
  • 2017/18 - Neymar missed the remainder of the season from February having suffered a metatarsal fracture.
  • 2018/19 - The Brazilian star was ruled out again for the same issue as the previous year but only the whole of February and March this time.
  • 2019/20 - Surprisingly played and scored on March 11 in a 2-0 win over Dortmund in a Champions League tie.
  • 2020/21 - Missed a Ligue 1 fixture on March 13 with having sustained a muscular injury in the game prior.
  • 2022/23 - Missed PSG's 2-1 win at Brest on March 12, after injuring his ankle ligaments in a nasty tackle following PSG's 4-3 win over Lille. That injury ruled him out for the remainder of the season.

All PSG missed games are over his foot because of the Ligue butchers.
While I will agree about not being able to leave PSG once you go there. Mbappe doesn't belog in the category.
He is just a whiny bitch that has PSG by the balls. He will renew his contract now that Neymar is leaving. He is just using Madrid's name and Perez's obsession with him to gain what he wants from PSG.

PSG really just needed some sensible tranfers instead of giving over 180 million for Mbappe and they would have challenge more times for CH.L

I am tired from his saga,so I haven't read anything about his new renewal contents,however,It won't change a thing imo,unless the amount of that exit clause is close to 100. Nobody but Madrid is giving Mbappe his wages and he won't leave for free. just like he had the opportunity now but instead decided to renew.

As per Romano, Madrid was not interested in having mbappe this summer. No bid was made by them. They will try next summer.


And, he said, as of now, no new contract has been signed.

Tbh, it seems like, PSG found an excuse to include mbappe in first team after benching him.

It's highly likely mbappe will leave next year.

However, if he once again goes on to sign with PSG then this clown can stay in PSG forever and will always be in the shadow of Haaland.
