I just don't like the character at all. There's no logic behind it, only my personal opinion

I can kind of see the logic of him. He lost faith in his own strength and he fears losing people he cares for. As such he tried to surround himself with powerful and unkillable zombies. And the three mortal members of his crew are;
1. The greatest surgeon in the world
2. A man who can hide when in trouble
3. A woman who can’t be touched

He built his entire crew on the idea of never losing someone again.

Would actually be down for Moriah to join Cross Guild especially if Peronas in too

I really wish he was partnered with her instead of Kaido, they are such a good fit for each other as partners in crime and tyranny, its exasperating Oda didn't do that, especially with BM pirates being setup from FMI and showing up during Doffys arc ffs.

Oda clearly had to redesign the entire yonko saga partway through it because everything about doffys crew to their design screamed BMP despite him being a trader with Kaido.
