Political? I don't know and don't care anything for the politics in Mongolia.
What I understand from it is that it's calling Mongolians not to forget their traditions and where they came from. The lyrics imo are far better than some corney love song.
Besides, they have this cool instrument with a horse's head and horse's strings, that actually neighs like a horse. From the little I know of Mongolia it's the birthplace of wild horses so it all connects. It was my favorite ever since round 1.
