Oda would never sacrifice Teach/Shanks/Mihawk to let Ryo/Fuji as endgame players.

And imo the world government will fall to the Revs seeing how they’re already falling apart and Imu will use Cross Guilds Utopia to reestablish his rule over the World using the ancient weapons
