hes a swordsmen if oda calls him a swordsmen, otherwise you're just making up headcannon as we seen him using his fruit without the use of a sword
Lmfao🤡🤡.

Only two characters in the ENTIRE OP verse that have Black Blade are swordsmen (Mihawk and Ryuma), Black Blade is linked to swordsmanship!

It is not even necessary to have confirmation from Oda that GB is a swordsman, it is enough to have the brain to know that if the dude has a Black Blade, he is automatically a swordsman.

Lol I don't care about your headcannon, oda cant even call the most swordsmen admiral an actual swordsmen

gb clearly doesnt follow the swordsmen code, hes just someone who can show us how admirals can nonchalantly do something ryuma and mihawk worked hard to get

Anyone who has a sword and anyone who has forged a Black Blade are different things LMFAO.

Any bum can carry any sword, but a Black Blade is rare.
Correct, but a black blade does not make someone a swordsman just as a sword doesn’t make someone a swordsman. The ability to coat a sword in Haki doesn’t make one a swordsman lol.

It would probably not be a good look for Mihawk, only if Aramaki forged it.

Right now this is what sets Mihawk apart not only from non df users but other swordsman. Aramaki is primarily a forest man, forging a black blade for his secondary ability would probably undermine Mihawk.

If Aramaki simply has a black blade on him like Zoro did that would not undermine Mihawk. It would only mean Aramaki is one bad ass mfer because he is likely elite af with the blade regardless, but hasn't seen the need to pull it out yet. It makes him a well rounded monster who is maxed out in all categories, with zero weak areas.

In fact, it's a falsehood on your part to say that Ryuma and Mihawk worked hard to forge a black blade, the same goes for Zoro. The reason Zoro is taking time to obtain a black blade is due to his lack of knowledge on how to forge one. Once he learns how to forge a black blade, the process becomes quicker, so all the time Zoro was unaware of how to forge a black blade doesn't count.

It wouldn't be that bad BUT that's only if Greenbull and Fujitora are the same

Iirc Fujitora ate his fruit AFTER he was drafted so he's only had it for 2 years at most

If Greenbull was drafted because of his monstrous strength as a swordsman and then they gave him the Forest Logia I think it would be fine

Seems he likes his df more bc it is faster and has a bigger area of impact

I'm trying to understand how Aramaki isn't a swordsman if he has a black blade.
So he just makes his blade black and never uses it again?
Also, you turn your blade black by using it in a lot of fights and using Armament on it in those fights as well, so.. Sounds like a swordsman to me.
