I don’t know if this is the same synagogue, but I know there was one in Mumbai that Pakistani terrorists targeted in this massive terrorist attack. Murdered the rabbi and his wife.
Honestly it really scares me what Israel does. Because I’m pretty involved in my local American Jewish community.
And whenever they do some insane authoritarian shit, there’s always a chance that my community could get caught up in the backlash.
But they don’t really care because that’s what they want. The more antisemitism there is, the more Jews will fervently support Israel. So antisemitism only benefits them and strengthens their cause, while being a serious threat to Jews in diaspora.
Anyways I feel like it’s pretty dumb to try to characterize one religion as being especially violent when almost all of them are like that to various degrees.

This is a beautiful Jewish Synagogue in Mumbai. It has been converted into a fortress by Mumbai police.
