2) Ace is a human with normal durability and no enhanced mythical Zoan recovery

Lol, it's precisely the same thing that's happening with Luffy. This actually indicates that Kaido is indeed coated in a temperature that could be equal to that of magma, and he's casually enduring this temperature without showing any signs of suffering.

This suggests that in a Kaido vs. Akainu scenario, Kaido could handle Akainu's main power better than Gear 5 Luffy. lol
Well, it's alright that Oda has stated that Kaido is stronger than Akainu, but he made it quite self-explanatory, didn't he? lol

Yes indeed Kaido has many possibilities for using his power of flames, especially when he demonstrated being able to control it to an insane level. Kaido is also capable of using and summoning lightning, which could mean that he can even envelop himself in lightning; all of this is possible, he might not have used it because through Big Mom he saw that lightning doesn't have an effect on Luffy.
Imagine a massive dragon form of Kaido enveloped in lightning. LOL

Also one advantage of Kaido being in his Hybrid form is he can make use of his Drunken Oni Rage mode.. He draws more power
when he's in that primal state which i don't think is really applicable in his Dragon form..

But yeah all things considered, Kaido not dodging and facing Luffy's Bajrang Gun was for the plot.. He would have low to mid diffed Luffy if he coated himself in with Magma fire..

Yes, I understood. Instead of spreading the magma creating a carpet, he would create a massive condensed sphere with blazing flames, having a temperature equal to that of the magma.

Luffy would simply coat Dawn Symbal with ADARM on both hands, making it so that he doesn't have to touch on either hands to crush him in between and turn him into a pizza and end him in his hybrid magma in this way instead, or he'd just grab a tree, turn it into a baseball bat, paint it black, infuse it with haki and then beat the crap out of him that way, it was strong enough to deflect acidic fire balls, so his hybrid magma form would be no big deal. Also, no, that was a overreaction on Luffy's part, as we've seen, Luffy's G5 is much tankier and heat resistant then claimed here, he ez tanked light beam to the eyes, willing went through the laser defences, and tanked a souped up version of Boro breath from Mars whilst getting combined attack from the back, face tanked getting cooked and blew him away, in the end, he took 0 damage, as shown by the lack of bandages on his body, so no, no matter what Kaido did, even if he coated his hybrid form with the flame clouds, Luffy would've still beat his ass. What the level of damage Luffy suffered at the end of Egghead has shown us (only scratch to his cheek using a bandaid), is that even if Luffy says owww or owwie or this or that, the level of damage he actually suffered is negligible or none, or he effortlessly heals it before it even needs medical attention.

Thing is: Luffy by EOS will be same level as Joyboy, thank God Oda found a way to make Luffy the strongest character by EOS, I even say this as a fan of both of Kaido and Luffy, cause Oda back in the days, he had no idea how he was gonna make Luffy beat Kaido, but I honestly assume that Kaido wasn't really 100% in his prime in the Wano arc, Big Mom was for sure not in her prime as she was nearly 70 but Kaido is unknown cause he was nearly 60 but what makes me say that is because Kaido didn't have the awakening enough to do flame torch in his hybrid form, BM must've awakened her DF in her prime just like how WB in his prime was a lot stronger than we've seen him in MF, Idk how is that about Kaido but yeah Idk, so if we may assume that Kaido wasn't 100% in his prime, and so was Luffy ofc cause current Luffy still hasn't even hit his prime 100% and still has room to get stronger, so it's like even if it's prime for prime, Luffy high-mid diffs Kaido, but Kaido still ahead of Luffy cause Luffy won by plot armor just like he did with Crocodile, Kaido is the antagonist that has beaten Luffy the most number of times, a record of 4 times, surpassing Crocodile and made him second as Crocodile beat him 3 times.

Nah, I believe if Kaido would have this form he'd be bigger, Kaido is 710 cm tall, in his hybrid form, he's like 768 cm tall and in his Azure Dragon, he's 1000 m tall and when he coated himself in Magma in his dragon torch form, he even got more bigger, like maybe 10000 m so if he would coat himself in Magma in hybrid form, I think he would be 13 m tall, like around same size as General Franky, but if he would coat his body in Magma in his hybrid form, does he get any stronger or it wouldn't differ that much and he's still the same Kaido?
