The seminarian stage requires four years of study in theology at a seminary. After graduation from the seminary, the priest serves for roughly one year as a transitional deacon. It typically takes five years from college graduation to ordainment, provided the priest has studied philosophy at the undergraduate level.
And by the way, they are registered, and they get degrees after exams. The process is streamlined. Ghost madrasas or unregistered ones don't exist anymore (Tejas and his fear-mongering).

ISIS is a shady organization. I don't know how it operates. But if it is related to Jihad; it is not possible without state permission.
Google it: Afghanistan's government asks Taliban to stop attacking Pakistan, it is not Jihad.
Military action is in the hands of the government. And then there are guidelines for rulers to follow in order to declare Jihad, which are very strict.
The whole concept of Jihad is misunderstood and misused by countries like USA,
I mean, what they did in Iraq was wrong. Now you cant blame the whole Muslim world for Iraq's retaliation. Simple as that.

Everything has gone up and that's a very bad sign. The Federal Reserve Bank increased interest rates to fight inflation, and took a pause since inflation went down a bit. The last inflation report showed that core inflation was instead risen back to pre-pause levels, signaling higher interest rates are needed. They may likely increase interest rates again in Septemebr and it will make the economy bleed even more.
