I still stand by my claim that the Tobi Roppo are above Big Mom's veterans. Sasaki isn't weak, Boss Kyoshiro is just an even bigger monster than I thought.
Page One appears to be the clear weakest Tobi Roppo and I'll guess is a level below Sasaki and Who's Who. Page One performed no worse (arguably even better) against a much stronger Sanji (the Raid Suit grants invisibility, substantial speed boost, substantial mobility boost (with flight), significant attack power boost, and a substantial durability boost) than the one Oven faced (Base Sanji without Diable Jambe). Page One's performance compared to Oven (one of the stronger veterans) is IMO sufficient reason to place him at top veteran level (near or at the peak of mid tier).
Sasaki is in high tier. If Sasaki was indeed taken out by the attack, I'll place him in the low high tier. However low we want to place Sasaki, he's significantly stronger than Page One, and Pay Pay has already been impressive.

Like Just How? Denjiro is probably the strongest scabbard and he took out Sasaki with a SNEAK atack pretending to be kyoshiro. HOW IN THE WORLD IS THAT LOW DIFF OR MAKE THE FLYING SIX LOOK BAD?
Mr: 3 taking Zoro by an sneak atack is probably low diff as well.

Imagine hyping himself up this way only to get clowned as a scrub himself later by Kyoshiro, so much for the hype lmao.
If Sasaki is really down, Oda simple do his always work. hyping up villians only for the sake of hypertool for later for a another character, that is really kinda bad writing.
