Oh im gonna have fun with this one
Match ups are always like this - Luffy foghts blunt damage oriented fighters whike Zoro fights extremely lethal types of damage.
- Axe Hand Morgan: Uses an Axe
- Buggy: Uses Knives
- Kuro: Uses Cat Claws
- Kreig: Used a Spike Gun, Cape, and Explosive Axe
- Arlong: Teeth, teeth and teeth, oh and a sword
- Crocodile: Mostly used a Hook outside of his powers
- Lucci: Literally has Rokushiki and a carnivorous zoan claws. Impaled and maimed luffy multiple times.
- Doflamingo: Literally cuts limbs off with his powers
- Katakuri: Mogura took a chunk out of Luffy's torso
Kizaru has quite literally kicked most people and lasered them lmao, which is just as "stabby" as any of the opponents I mentioned above.
Sure, there are exceptions to this but it is a general rule that doesnt change. Lethal people dont deliver a beating to Luffy who gets a beating in every fight. Even if you ignore Kizarus sword cobveniently, there is one relic more in his repertoire that is too lethal for Luffy to take a beating from. That leaves you to expecting the beating to cone from Kizarus unnamed moves through kicks... lol
if you consider 90% of Luffy's enemy roster as exceptions, sure lmfao.
His last "relic" is as canon as Kaido's 5th hindu god move that he never used lmao, so headcanon.
The evidence for ZKK was second to none, there is no point downplaying it. It made perfect sense for Zoro to be the only one capable of it and the obe who brings the glory back to samurai. Who expected the strongest zoan of all to not stand up even once and samurai returning to former glory by remaining failures as Kaido said... Who knew Oda would use a punch to beat him, the very thing he said he wouldnt. If you dont see anything weird in here, we got big problems with reading comprehension and logical expectations from narrative. The MC would have survived being narratively overshadowed once in the show.
Nope, it never happened and was never set up, you just deluded yourself like cultists normally do.
Yes I fully believe he intended to do it. Zoro's literal declaration in front of everyone is proof of it as well as rushed ending and abandoned plotlines.
Bro he spent 10 chapters with him on the roof then sent him back down for another 30 to fight someone else. Quite literally the definition of not rushed. He even gave up on the notion and "believed" in Luffy while bandaged up right after.
So no, if Oda changed his mind, it was over 45 chapters before the end of the arc lmao.
No Lucci being a follower isn't the same situation because Lucci's boss is a weakling who couldnt give Luffy a fight while that is not a case with Saturn, Kizaru's boss who is one panel away from showing up in front of Luffy.
Again, headcanon. Nothing is suggesting Saturn is showing up anywhere. Unless, like ZKK, you cry that Oda "cancelled that plotline" again when Luffy fights Kizaru and Saturn isnt even fought this arc.
Unless you think Zoro will fight him? Shouldnt be a problem since Luffy didnt promise to beat Gorosei like he promised to beat Yonkos and Admirals? Right?
How would it feel if Zoro beats Kizarus boss?
Nope, Gorosei bro isnt fighting anyone. Youll have to setting for has been Lucci or a VA. Get over it Lik
