Character Discussion Koby has some of the most consistent powerscaling in the series

I'm not sure why people ignore the fact that Koby has incredible powerscaling, him lacking confidence in himself in combat doesn't mean he has ever been weak or had middling potential. We know that when characters lack confidence in themselves they never bring out their full potential. He has always had more potential than just about any character other than Luffy. The one thing that did help him is the old man mentor which is a clear sign that Garp saw that Koby would surpass him one day.
1. Learned Soru in just a few months.
2. Had no prior combat training or experience before joining the Navy.
3. Mastered Rokushiki over the 2 year timeskip
4. Pushes himself beyond his limits ever since he started training with Garp.
This is also why Koby will end up a far better overall character than Usopp, once we see him more confident and throwing hands he will be a monster.

Kaku is a Giraffe enthusiast and Lucci thinks like a predator anyway.You need to have affinity to your fruit and be in perfect synch to it to awaken.

They don’t have normal zoans

they have ancient and mythical zoans.

awakening a normal zoan is a fodder level feat(see:impel down).

its not confirmed ACoC and we got history on why hes so strong, we just havent seen all the fights hes been in.

Its consistent with how he has grown, its not an age thing. His growth from what we have seen makes sense given that he constantly has been getting better by leaps. If Koby started training as a kid he would be Yonko level by now.

Luffy's powerscalling is more consistent than Coby's.

Luffy trained all his life. Trained basic haki for 2 years. Trained Ryou/Internal Damage for 1/2 weeks(I don't recall exactly the time). Only CoC coating he gained for nothing. His awakening sucks that he died for that but he got it after having the DF for more than a decade and maxing out his usage.
