Rayleigh was only compared to supernova aka Luffy and Zoro
If All straw hats got 100 times stronger than their Sabaody level and Rayleigh was as strong as 100 times Sabaody Luffy and 100 times Sabaody Zoro

Then Current Zoro = Current Luffy = Old Rayleigh
Rayleigh was never compared to any other strawhat so we don't know how they compare to Rayleigh now

There never was a math behind "100 times stronger", it was just a synonym for saying that Rayleigh is vastly superior. 100 was just a concise number. Do you think, had Luffy been 20% stronger than Ray, he would've said he is 120 times stronger now?

People should stop interpreting too much into Luffy's statement. Saying Luffy = old Ray would mean that Kizaru would edge out all out Luffy in their fight, that means, a Luffy with G5, sky splitting Haki, internal destruction and future sight. This is not going to happen. Luffy will dominate Kizaru without going all out.

The clouds got weaker because Kaido got weaker(not confirmed just a question of Yamato, it never happened again when he was fighting Luffy who was suppose to be stronger than Yamato or when fighting Nika who is suppose to be stronger than Luffy). It was never said that Kaido was nerfed by carrying Onigashima.

Clouds getting weaker because Kaido was losing strength directly states that Lifting Onigashima needs strength. Hence Kaido was nerfed by Lifting Onigashima
