1. Nobody from the crew needs to be present when Wano opens its borders. We dont even know the context of how itll happen
2. Vivi aint even in Alabasta, she's in the New World
3. The only one with "any" semblance of Logic, especially because Marijoa is above the island
4. .....did you read Water 7? The blueprints were destroyed by Franky, Water 7 has absolutely nothing to do with Pluton anymore.
All of this yet for some reason, these are more important than Luffy and Usopp being excited to go to the island or multiple characters like Oimo, Kaashi, Dorry and Broggy looking forward to meeting the crew again there. Odd logic dude

Morgans is hearing everything that is happening. Maybe he helps to rescue Strawhats himself and then they meet Vivi again. And after hearing what happened they decide to escort her to Alabasta. But I don't think this will happen now. Has to be after Laugh Tale. Luffy already said that he wants to help Vivi and Vivi can only count on Luffy now that she is "alone". This is way deeper than just want to go to Elbaf.
