Although I would LOVE to see more Jinx regardless especially, shes my favourite followed by Fortune and I cannot describe the feeling of waiting SEVERAL years for this show to happen and dying on waiting for Riot to confirm her and Vi are sisters canonically so I can stick two fingers up at the ignorant assholes who tried to vehemently deny it to me and called me dumb for believing it lmfao.
Arcane is genuinely the best show I've ever seen, even way better than I could ever have imagined and asked for. I've never felt more complete as a League and especially Jinx fan due to it. I love Vi and Ekko as well which makes it even better too lol.

I genuinely can't wait man! I'd love to see Bilgewater get a season especially, also some Shurima and Freljord but man, even just certain individual champions like Pantheon, Braum, Miss Fortune, Samira, Jhin, Taliyah etc could provide such amazing opportunities for more great storytelling, especially the first 3!

Aye they're fantastic characters. Miss Fortune was goofy AF, that sort of sultry cliche but she had a fucked up, tragic, dark backstory and now they've playing it straight with her and taking her writing way more seriously and maturely and shes benefited from it immensely. If they bring that into Arcane with the Bilgewater region, it will be PEAK honestly. Bilgewater has so much to it, especially in a mythological/spiritual way but also culturally and morally/ethically, it would be immense to see it tbh.
Pantheon's lore is pretty awesome, along with his theme song and such. League/Runeterra has some really good characters, lore, writing etc when it wants to imo.
Aye, I really want to see the fallout from Jinxs assault here. I need to see Caitlin become who she is in League and thus the roles she and Vi assume in the League of Legends/Runeterra world/lore. The real story is only beginning tbh.
As Adam mentioned, Camille and Leblanc could appear and they will be HUGE gamechanger and puppeteers if they appear, absolute wildcards. Then there's anothers like Renata Glasc, Twitch, Urgot, potentally Swain and or Fiddlesticks to appear given hints/foreshadowing in Season 1 and if they appear, shit will GET ABSOLUTELY REAL too! Fiddlesticks is like Scarecrow from Batman but supernatural and on steroids lol. (Not literally on steroids though ofc he aint Bane lmfao)
Regarding Ekko too, he had this beautiful, tragic, heartfelt storyline in his debut trailer too, that really sold me on his character, along with his VA's excellent work too:
It's VERY Prince of Persia: Sands of Time in vibe and his first cosmetic skin he was released with was deliberately inspired by/based on that too, as a nod to it too lol.
Ekko is such a fucking good character. Looking at how Miles is potrayed in the Spiderverse and the storyline with those films, especially the 2nd one, I feel some deja vu but in a good way. Both characters are written so fantastically well.
Honestly man, I'd be so fucking happy if Season 2 just carried on in Piltover and Zaun, with the fallout from Jinxs declaration of war.
I forgot Janna might appear and Ziggs needs to as well, it would be GREAT if they appeared, especially Ziggs, hes a huge lovable, chaotic, explosive wildcard like Jinx lol. Him and her would be best buddies imo if they're not already lmao.
Vi's theme is so fucking good too! I'm so glad they referenced Get Jinxed in Season 1 so I'm hoping Vi will get her theme featured with her gauntlets in Season 2 too!:
