Zoro fans want Zoro to be Luffy and hence they come up with nonsensical theories that undercut Zoro's own arc.

"Zoro already surpassed King at the timeskip, Zoro would low diff king"
>> King proceeds to beat the shit out of Zoro and force him to awaken ACoC

"Zoro is already a top tier, he can defeat Kizaru"
>> Luffy gets Kizaru while all Zoro gets is Lucci

Yeah, Zoro will eventually beat a top tier when he faces Mihawk or Nasujuro. But he's not there yet. If he was then that would just undercut the importance of those fights.

I'm not really sure about that. Law and Kid will probably come back having relevant fights and Oda will probably never make it clear who is the strongest among them.

They are part of the worst generation. Worst gen = greater than all previous generations.

They might not necessarily surpass whitebeard, but they should at least surpass Kaido and BM by EoS
